SUNDAY MARCH 2, MEDIUM HIKE (5 MILES): Codorus State Park Campground loop and Mary Ann Furnace Trail. This an excellent opportunity to walk the campground loop before the Campground opens. This is a wooded area with mostly asphalt roads until we hit the Mary Ann Furnace Trail. The trail is beautiful with access to the lake in some areas. The trail has some slight inclines but is considered moderate. Typically, it is a little muddy on parts of the trail. Wear Good hiking boots. Hiking Poles are up to you. Bring a snack. We have a mid-trail rest stop with a Bench and a pleasant view of the Lake.
Meeting Time and Location: 9am at Codorus State Park Campground
Office. From Rte. 216 West, when you pass the Park sign go about another ¾ miles you will see a White sign on the left for Dubbs Church make a left at the sign (Dubbs Church Rd) and follow the road around to the right. The campground entrance will be on your right. If headed east on Rte. 216 the sign is visible on the right, make a right at the sign (Dubbs Church Rd) follow the road to the campground entrance.

FRIDAY, MARCH 21 COVERED DISH DINNER AND PROGRAM: Presentation by Todd Trimmer. Join us on March 14 at York Township to hear about the adventures. Meeting location: the
York Township Park Building at 25 Oak Street, Directions as follows: From I-83 exit 16, take Queen St (PA-74) south for about 1 mile. At Campbell Music, turn left onto Oak St. drive about a tenth of a mile and stop at the stop sign; do not turn right. Drive straight ahead past the township building to the mall building in the middle of the field.
Time: Friday, March 14, 6:30 to 9PM. Program will start about 7:10, if you prefer to skip the meal. Bring a dish to share if you want to participate in the meal. Remember this is a covered dish. Please bring your own plates, flatware, cups, etc.
SUNDAY, MARCH 16, SHORT HIKE AT LAKE REDMAN: We will meet in the parking lot on Sparton Road, just off of Hess Farm Road. From there we will walk on the road for a short distance to connect with trail #5 and enjoy a walk around part of Lake Redman, passing through the bird sanctuary toward the end of the hike. This hike is approximately 3 miles with a few mild climbs along the way. Come out and join us for a stroll through a very pretty area of York County.

SUNDAY, MARCH 23, MEDIUM HIKE (5 MILES): Gifford Pinchot loop hike along the lake side trail on the Conewago Day use side and the Mason-Dixon Trail. We will see the remains of an old toboggan run and boulder point. Depending on weather conditions the trail can be muddy. Bring snacks, water, hiking boots or trail shoes, and dress for the weather.

SATURDAY, MARCH 29, MEDIUM HIKE (6-7 MILES), JIM HOOPER MEMORIAL HIKE: Hike starts at Highpoint Vista Scenic Park then follows Mason-Dixon Trail S to Native Lands Park. Here we will hike perimeter of this plateau enjoying terrific views of Susquehanna River and neighboring lands, then stop at Jim's bench (made by his sons); pause, reflect, and share stories/memories anyone has of Jim’s legacy. After lunch break, we return to Highpoint Vista Park. Wear good hiking shoes, bring plenty of water, lunch and snacks.
